Brace yourself for an email confirmation following your purchase detailing the next steps to conquer this thrilling process. Sizes stay on file for future orders.

Which methods are used to ensure secure payment?

Payments are made via a recognized secure gateway in compliance with industry security standards. 

What should I use to adhere my nails?

For the best adhesion and longevity, we recommend applying nails using our ProBond Nail Glue. A complimentary sample is included with each nail order.

How will my order be packaged?

Every order is prepared with the utmost care and delivered in MY E NAIL TEC signature packaging.

Do you offer returns/exchanges?

We are committed to ensuring our customers are fully satisfied. You can return all or part of your order within 14 calendar days* from the date of shipment. Simply complete the return form enclosed with your package and send us the unused products in their original packaging, along with the return form. 

If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products, please note that any delivery costs won't be refunded.
